Should we all be looking or only TTS?

Could easily take a large number esp in r&d
Surely will happen at some point. Just a matter of time.
Why people are so complacent that layoffs won't happen because of high attrition among younger folks is wishful thinking and a naive way of thinking about the near future.
Experienced folks with many years of job ex are a high cost item for the company and therefore " preferred" items for canning when time is oppurtunate.
I'm probably off here, but how many more can 3M really lay-off, especially when attrition seems so high anecdotally? I'm sure very targeted lay-offs are a possibility, and maybe likely.
Employees link "A3M" to restructuring. Lost jobs. Very demotivating.
Hence it is a bad word
Yes A3M is a highly tarnished "brand"
Are there really that many pension employees still around ? Only a very small percentage on Plan 1 by now, one would think
A3M is a disaster.
Now the leadership has dropped this terminology totally, and change to "New operating model"
Most likely. While they are at all these law suits they are about to get a new one! Letting go of the older pension people targeting older employees is age discrimination. They have not learned from the last lawsuit over this it seems. The treasured culture at this company is dead. Monish and the GE playbook is creating horrible results and completely demolishing trust and faith in leadership.
Wow really?? Did not know things are that far out of hand
Everyone should be looking, at all times. Look for a better offer and take it while the job market is good.
Bankruptcy is a quickly increasing likelihood, no exaggeration. Between PFAS, earplugs and the absolute clusterfuck of A3M the company is mortally wounded and bleeding fast.
If it wasn't illegal due to inside knowledge I would short the stock.
