Let's get real here. Until the entire leadership team is replaced with executives who know what they're doing PepsiCo will remain doomed. The incompetent bunch we have right now is the root of all of our problems. I wonder what else they need to do to be held accountable for their many, many mistakes?

Will never happen. The “boys” in NY and Plano don’t care. They’ll cash in big no matter what happens. Whether the company is broken up into smaller pieces or is completely outsourced. It’s not tangible to them. They’re holograms who smile for the camera at earnings time, to the Media for the latest woke BS. Doesn’t matter.
This includes our CEO and CHRO who do not care about the current dumpster fire that is the incredible turnover in HR. Every quarter, yet another pat on the back for GBS who does nothing to move the company forward
