Honestly, it's too chaotic for me. There are a lot more complications than there should be.

Agreed. We should be 100% in office.
Should be 100% remote where applicable. It's slowly going back to the class attendance model.
Personally, I’m loving it. Have a chance to connect with people, but working from home those 2 days allows me to focus on executing my deliverables without too many interruptions.
