We were cut another 100 hours for 2 weeks from now. We can barely staff the store and do the freight, pivots, fulfillment, tasks, back stock, rotations, price changes and basic operational functions yet alone service the few customers that come in to shop! It feels like the beginning of the end. I’m glad they are putting so much time and effort and manpower into the model store at the corporate office for the investors to see. It’s all smoke and mirrors folks. The future seems bleak.

The beginning of the end was quite a while ago. This is more like the thing that happens close to the end.
MT claimed everyone's raise, he received $27 million the last two years in compensation. He is laughing all the way to the bank while other Associates struggle. MT will be sitting in Naples FL at his $6 mil waterfront estate howling at the fools that work for him
I'm disgusted. I got a 56 cent raise ( we all know that's it's really nothing) but went from working five days a week to just two starting this coming week. I might as well stay home.
Yeah they are almost close to their goal of having only part timers while the only full timers in the store being a couple of managers. Can't envision anyone wanting to work here unless it's a once a week/twice a week side gig with the amount of instability, plus the only guarantee of having any sort of hours in your store is during the holiday season and possibly college (a grand total of maybe 15 weeks a year wow).

My store was cut over 1400 hours from last year. It’s impossible to get things done.
