It is in vain to expect any change for the better here. I just feel like I wasted my time waiting for some improvement. It’s impossible for managers not to notice the growing employee dissatisfaction, Allstate is sinking, and still.. nothing is changing.

All auto claims jobs are going to india save a few like field adjuster positions.
The lip service in the meetings about how things will get better and the great work life balance is hollow. All BS. Nothing has changed in years and it’s a sinking ship.

They are trying to make it as unbearable as possible so people leave so they can reduce staff cost without layoffs/severance packages
Don’t worry, Glenn is working hard to make it better. That why he gets paid 5 million a year.
