BN is not helping the publishing industry. Penguin Random House is taking care of that just fine. I buy all my books from either Penguin or Simon & Schuster directly. No more need or use for BN or Amazon! And with buying direct, I have never once received a damaged book. BN is a stain on the retail landscape, and they need to go away. Their employees deserve the firing that is coming to their location soon. Down with BN, Daunt.
