In NYC, and other cities, given the uptick in violent crime and as----t in general, one would think the logical move would be for the company to provide hybrid models for ALL employees, not just management/clerical. Instead, ViacomCBS seems hellbent for leather to make the legacy working environment more stressful, in some cases bordering on abusive. Are they really that clueless or is this the new method for pruning down the workforce? Who needs layoffs when people will leave of their own accord?

They are well aware of what they are doing. That is because at least 75 of us during our exit interview outlined the negligence with specific examples and supporting assets. They have a PLETHORA of complaints, exits, violations and quite honestly illegal behavior. All documented by several people. Time to push for accountability and external checks and balances. You only live once, why live like this. You have nothing to lose when you unite and band together for a common cause. Start taking action and don't be afraid. The industry has plenty of jobs and the NYS and California labor boards would drool at hearing all of this. Do yourself a favor and decide how you will act on this and commit to it. Leadership can be steamrolled and won't see it even coming if you know what I am saying. Clueless. Lean into it.
