MT is blaming everything but himself for these results. He fired everyone who actually knew the business and brought in his own bunch of monkeys who don’t have a clue. His new “brands” of merchandise is cr-p and people don’t want to buy it. Layoffs should start at the top this time not at store level.

Company was trending downward before MT and it will continue to be that way for the foreseeable future, will be very tough to resuscitate this brand at this point barring some massive change and that will of course affect the ones on the store level the most.

None of this is MTs fault. He brought leadership this company has never seen before. All of you lazy store employees are to blame. The company business plan is perfect but instead of doing your jobs you come here to complain. Instead of making 100% conversion you come here to cry. The downfall of this company will be the store employees. We are busting our butts here at corporate, working non stop via zoom to keep this company alive but all the lazy good for nothing store employees keep running it to the ground!
