GF could have too. But the decision makers, leaders and management are horrendously bad at leading and make correct business decisions. They are blundering id--ts that can ruin an almost id--t proof path to success. It’s so bad how bad we are at doing business. And just engineering choices too, etc. BUt they walk around with such swagger and dominating intimidating attitudes. Bullys really. And it’s highly unjustified. They have not earned the right act as such in the entire life of GF. I hate to say it but we are the minor leagues or where rejects end up. I really need to get out of here. It’s really starting to sink in how toxic and bad of a work environment this place is. With really no hope of growth or seizing potential that they have been talking about for over a decade.
