No sh-t, 3M is ran by ESG mo--ns. But that ESG is only whatever shiny thing is in front of them at this moment. Shut off all sales from or to Russia...wait, our largest supplier of a raw material for one of our largest profit items is in Russia. Give millions to BLM, watch them buy mansions in CA. 3M is on the wrong side of every policy decision, but they get to virtue signal and get positive news coverage while driving the company into the ground. Why does our CEO still have a job with this abysmal performance, unless this is the performance our major shareholders ( Vanguard, Blackrock, SSgA) want.
