What would you consider enough? Would it be a full month per year? Three weeks per year? Two?

a company that treated there employees correctly. money isn't everything but it's more important I earn fair wage with realistic goals set by my boss and myself. then it's both our jobs to reach the goals. that's the company I looking for. that's not have hyvee. at the moment.
Personally, while I'm tired of this place, I'd expect them to pay me handsomely before I volunteered for layoffs. It would take at least three weeks for me.
