At least it was a decent place to work before. Not these self serving robots who only have their own best interests at heart. Look at Pioneer’s blog here if you want to compare. They treat their folks nice at least. This place sucks.
Thats the problem with these Denbury so-called “leaders” they are so incredibly fragile and insecure that if anyone questions any of their positions or terrible ideas, things get hostile.

IMO huge loss - one of few that dared to challenge leadership to think different and do better. Back to group think.

Thats the exact mentality thats ruining this place. Everyone is replaceable is such an ignorant statement. Knowledge is one of the greatest tools there is and management blows it off. Just keep drinking that kool aid.

Everybody is replaceable. But how much knowledge and ambition does that new body bring to the table. Denbury has a dangerous mentality that everyone is replaceable. This mentality has turned our field staff into a bunch of green newbs that only know how to check off boxes on their daily route. Critical thinking is gone. We are just lucky we haven't ki---d or seriously hurt someone.
