Whenever it fails to squeeze someone, Belk makes them feel bad about it instead. Am I employed here to be an expert for everything?
Just because I have a little more experience than new hires, I am expected to know how to do absolutely anything. It's very disrespectful.

As long as Belk corporate goons remain at the top and not resign, there will be this kind of abusive management style using Belk associates working on everything and doing all things for little money! It is simple the harder they push the
less I do at Belk. They love to hire cheaper new labor for $12 per hour for new hire and pushing older Belk associates out the door! What an ugly and As----e corporation!
