If someone can't find a new job now, they either don't try very hard at all or they don't have any skills at all. I don’t know anyone who was serious about looking for a job that didn't get an offer. Now is the best time to find a new job. There is no point in staying here and complaining, it is just a waste of energy. Just saying

I left in january. actually wanted to leave December 31st but by staying into the fist pay cycle of January, I got paid out for the first quarter vacation time for this year!! I figured why not bleed them for every f'ing penny I could get out of them!!! F XEROX!!

Agree. The chance X survives much longer without drastically scaling back (customers and employees) seems pretty low. Sure, it may continue to limp along as-is but I'm not a fan of constantly having a potential IRIF hovering over my head. I'm working on getting out soon.
