I ended up on PIP. However, I have proof that the bar for my teammates was set much lower In terms that their goals were much lower and more simple to achieve. Any way to fight this with the proof that I have. Should I lawyer up and try to fight this legally?

Yeah sorry. Troll.
As noted below - if you are not part of a 'class' (e.g. Retiree Eligible) there is little you can do legally without going broke.
On the other hand:
Sure there is a caveman lawyer somewhere in Tejas to take your case.
Interesting that you have been PIP’ed since Ranking and Rating hasn’t started —- troll
Nope. Negative. Just share your experience through all the media, and exposure them as the cr@p that they are.Hit them hard as hard as you can, in the same way that they did to you.
Only way you'd be able to have a solid case is for similar demographics working through the same lawyer for class action
Yes you should absolutely throw your money away for my entertainment. Please keep us informed how your legal fight goes!
Yeah, seriously, why would you bother? Just resign. Jokes on them.
I do not think it would be worth the effort. I bet XOM is thinking the same thing. Just work your PIP while working your resume. Best of luck to you.
