Nothing beats the toxicity of Allstate and its management. Nothing.

I get it, ALL is a terrible place to work....but no one is holding a g-n to your heads to stay here. Nothing is going to change from whatever is posted on this board. Stock price is at all time highs, shareholders/investors and financial analysists are happy, and the execs are getting their six-figure+ bonuses and that, is all that matters folks (you don't matter!)
The company actually thought hiring Crawford and Company to handle claims was a good move….hahaha disaster….just feel bad for the poor customer…..
“Stop complaining at least you’re not in the Ukraine war” was an actual quote from a recent upper leadership meeting. Unbelievable.
Check out the competitor boards. Hard to find anything close to the complaints of this carrier.
Speaking from a claims standpoint—what in the world are these RCL leaders the company went with? Talk about a bunch of losers. Dealt with three so far, all had zero knowledge, zero ability to inspire and the genuis leaders above them choose to give them bonuses? And they act surprised when people leave in droves and the inspire survey sucks.
Work smarter not harder?
Work smarter means work someplace other than Allstate.
Maybe if you changed your attitude things might make a turn for the better. Work smarter not harder.
I love the meaningless drivel they gave us in the recent meetings about employee well being and work life balance. They feel if they say something its just a fact. Try speaking to your employees first and finding out what the issues are and then making some sort of substantive change. Oh wait, you’re too scared of your bosses to do that. Wherein lies the problem. NOTHING WILL CHANGE.
Auto claims in the NE is terrible. No urgency or desire on the part of the company to repair anything. Feel bad for customers. Dreadful service.
Auto claims is awful. We can’t keep adjusters and new hires quit a few months after starting because of the workload .
@+op When you're a lifer and have only ever worked for Allstate, that assessment doesn't really mean anything
My manager was incredible but the department was cr---y. It’s no wonder turn over is so high. No one wants to work for them and I fear it’s setting a precedent for other insurers to do the same.
By far the worst I’ve worked for. Major layoffs to come, and soon.
Guess what- it’s not going to change anytime soon
It depends on the department. My dept is fine, but I have seen other managers in other departments and 100% agree it is toxic
Some of the coworkers are not much better, either. All around toxic.
