Years of bad management could be fixed only with a miracle. Is there anyone who thinks that the company could somehow get back on track? I no longer have any hopes for that. Management here manages the decline and that’s all.

So sad how they took a great company like AIG and are running it into the ground due to their greed. PZ and all ELT should be shown the door. Terrible.
I do know AIG now stands for Accenture India Group. Several recent hires I’m aware of quit within their first year. Even new grads take a look at this place and are taken aback at the awful morale and terrible culture nurtured by leadership.
Hence turnover about entry level folks is very high and a closely guarded secret. Someone asked me if I would work there again once I left (still have many friends there) , and I replied not under the current regime.
You have to pay the executives more, because they work thousands of times harder than the workers they are outsourcing and laying off. It works much like giving billionaires tax breaks… it will trickle down… oh wait that doesn’t work.
