I have to work Memorial Day. Do we not get paid holiday pay and a holiday for working that day? Normally it would show premium holiday pay but it doesn't show that at all.

Yes, you will get paid time and a half for working on Memorial Day!
They did take away time and a half, though, for New Years Day and MLK Day. :(

Plenty of places don't give time and a half on holidays so don't crab.
There is no more holiday pay for any holidays other than Christmas and Thanksgiving. They were replaced with flex holidays that you can use whenever. So we’re only getting paid the time and a half for actually working that day. Just another thing that Macy’s is screwing us on.
No, they put in a new policy earlier this year. You get six floating holidays you can put anywhere. You can't work that day however. If you do work on a key business holiday, you get time and a half. No more getting both sadly. Search AskHR for the holiday policies.
All I see is “key business day” nothing about Memorial Day at all…
I thought working the holiday got you the holiday pay and time and a half.
And you can’t work on a day you have a flexible holiday in place.
