I notice that most of them literally have to pretend to be doing something because they are totally useless. At the same time, my colleagues and hard workers continue to go to other companies where they are more valued. There are too many managers, and there are fewer and fewer people who actually do the work. Perhaps this place would be less toxic without all these useless pretenders?

Thats the imperial oil way. Hire useless, unqualified people that know slightly less than those above them, are brownosers or both
Is only a matter of time before these managers are only supervising BTC, contractors and MSP’s (aka India).
