What is the usual number in months per year? Do they put in health befits, rrsp and bonus?

Severance depends on years of service and obviously your role and professional status. i.e. A Manager or VP or Professional Engineer will receive more severance than your average employee.
Rrsp is the responsibility of an employee so I am not sure why you would think an employer would pay that. Pro-rated bonus has been included but it isn’t an obligation. Severance depends on your age as well as your years of service so it’s not a one size fits all approach.
