Why can we NOT see the name of the people who are leaving the company on the Personnel Announcement page in the intranet???
Why can’t we know how many of our jobs will disappear due to PORTING this year, or next year???
How many people are supposed to be forced into the NI and NSI slot this year????
Why all this secrecy?? People will find out the truth anyways. And, when they do, the consequences will be OR IS even worse. Have you still not realized WHY the folks are leaving the company??
Yes, attrition has slowed down in XOM a bit, but it is just starting to ramp up in IOL. It has been mostly engineers in IOL so far, wait till us Ops and Maintenance starts to jump ship. When Operations and Maintenance personnel leave, there will be no Operation.
