@3zgx+1gWvDDxt Yes really! PSR is here to stay wether it hurts you're little feelings or not. The STB board will do nothing except lip service. Money talks and that's all the they care about. They don't care if they run this company into shambles , because they will be just fine. Get over yourself , you don't matter in the big picture , none of us do , except the board , the stockholders and the CEO. This dream that the railroad is going to change because your feelings are hurt , is just that a dream..

@1yjd Really? What information were you given to corroborate that? Ask yourself why he's been laying low off of the radar. Someone else posted that he resigned his CEO candidacy. That is true for sure because I looked that one up myself. I didn't believe that post when I first read it, but it is true! So he resigned from taking the CN CEO spot, so he can come back to the UP again and do what exactly? Just remember that he has to be elected to the CEO spot. The UP and rest of the class 1's are being watched very closely right now. Do you really think the board of directors is going to elect a person that implemented a business plan that help put the UP into the mess they're in now?

He dropped off the grid since he resigned his candidacy for the CEO spot at CN. I don't care where he's at. The fact that regulators are looking at the railroads and the customers are complaining about the poor service, I'm sure has a lot to do with why no one hears from him. Remember PSR was his goal. He strived for PSR, so he could make his millions. I really don't think he cared if PSR was successful. He just wanted to implement it so he could be paid. My opinion is that he's going to lay low now. PSR WAS A DISASTER! Every employee knew it was a disaster. It's probably better for him to stay gone so he doesn't put himself back on the radar for a possible Q&A with interested parties

He got sidelined when he turned away west coast business as the ports opened back up after the initial covid shutdown. They kept him "on" until his contract was over but his mouth got him in trouble due to those comments.

It didn't look good at all since he was just protecting his OR target based bonus.
