We all know about the 3% that we got here in the US but any other countries seeing any further pay increases due to the high attrition? Or is high attrition in other countries just wanted and part of the plan.

No increase for union people for 4 years now in Annandale...
True that it's not US vs Europe, but the speed of implementation might be different.
This isn't a US vs Europe issue. Attrition is desired in all parts of this company (except for the BSC/gbc of low cost countries).
XOM is exiting Europe. Will only keep a couple refineries and chem plans and divest everything else. Will keep low cost Hungary BCS for a while then transfer all work to lower cost BCS in Inida.
For 2022, la France got a mini 2.2% pay raise (i.e. for everybody) + an additional raise based on your ranking. The overall budget for salary increase was around 4%. Et voilà... 😀
: @hjy+1gW2BDdV correct, if you're not in or on one of those, kindly leave at your earliest convenience 😁
Guyana, Permian, LCS. “That’s all folks.” Shrinking demand equals many things about to shrink.
Our south American friends got a nice bonus in addition to all their salary increases and whatnot.
Should be 3% bonus every month in which The price of oil is over $100.
Just to be precise, it is just 3% one time cash bonus in the US. no tax assistance, no benefits associated. It is NOT salary increase.
Let’s be honest; ExxonMobil don’t care about assets like the UK, Australia or ones they are trying to divest. Attrition there is wanted and they won’t pay you anymore than the bare minimum. They want you to leave. KLTC, India is the future and Houston as the HQ. That and Guyana are the only places where attrition is bad.
UK got nothing. Lost benefits in 2020 and none reinstated. We're about as wanted as a fa-t in a space suit.
Singapore got nothing. Believe it’s because they really wanted the expensive headcount in Singapore to leave. Attrition while high, is not high enough.
Last year PRC China employees got 12% or more across the board as many were leaving.
I heard KLTC got salary revision in August last year
