It won't change it saves corporate money.
Yep. With the change you now have no one in charge or accountable and everyone in charge. Everyone does their own thing and then someone else comes along and changes it. All with no leadership or accountability. Not a good way to run a business.
I've heard this, but the dm's would be at store manager choice if they want to. Far as tl's going salary it's been a rumor for the past year for that.
No but that would be the best thing of bringing back Dm's. OMGosh the departments are horrendous and the store is trashed. It was the worst decision to remove DM's from departments. What were they thinking? Oh I know try to save a buck!
