Thread regarding Change Healthcare layoffs

How long does hiring take at this stupid company?

I am a new hire. Was given a verbal offer last Wednesday. Still waiting for a final written offer, what gives? How long should I wait for this written job offer?

If I were you, I would run the other way. It's HE-L ON EARTH

The question you should ask yourself, is why would you think of accepting an offer when the personnel will be gutted when the acquisition closes or be laid off when if it does not close. It is not a sustainable standalone company

If you receive an offer elsewhere, then take it. This company is playing games with people and it's very unprofessional. We have plenty of open positions and we're 'actively recruiting' but something is off here. This isn't the first or second time that I've heard this recently. The talent people seem to be holding off for recent grads.
