At least in my case it is. I am increasingly struggling to get done the overwhelming workload, although I have enough experience in my job. For now, it seems to me that there is no chance that the workload will become smaller? I would love to leave this place so much.

Shush up and process, losers!
I have come to accept the new overworking model of the company. We need to accept this and do what we feel is appropriate for us. For me, I will not overwork myself. If this results in coaching/disciplinary action, I will make my case to management at that time. Of its apparent they will not accept my position ofbnot overworking myself, I will, at that time, leave the company. Until that time, I will stay. Nonetheless, I'm keeping my resume updated and ready to go when the time comes.
Once all these customers leave because of the WOKE FARM you wont have workload issues.
Your choice ---- leave or continue to put yourself in an early grave. No brain er to me.
