Memorial Day Mega Mondo Blowout Doorbuster

anyone else notice that most or all of the SKU's for this weekend's sales event aren't on order? so best case scenario, you drive traffic into stores, sell a ton of owned brands, and then no longer have ANYTHING to fill the holes....not to mention, if whoever does start ordering for stores again, how long until every store in a district gets any of it? another brilliant plan from MT the genius

We have Plenty of the mercer 5,3 and wall shelf. like 67 of each color. Bedding sets a ton. both WS and SE. our problem. who's going to work this so called sidewalk sale when our hours are cut to 380. yes they gave us more hours to bring people in. But the schedule has been posted for 2 weeks. it the holiday weekend. No one it coming in. Total knee Jerk. So disappointed with company. We use to be a great company to work for.

They can not get the price management portion of this event correct. Nothing has dropped the way it was laid out in the last minute knee jerk event they planned. So expect our usual results. We can also only hope for the systems issues that accompany these win the weekend moments to further inspire our customers and allow us to work happier.

No point to set the ad as everything of any interest will all go Omni. Who are they kidding? Everyone knows to drive traffic you need the customer to actually come in the door!! Turn off Omni then see the true opportunities open up.

also, the sidewalk sale is omni, so when the featured items outside sell out right away to be shipped halfway across the country, it kind of defeats the whole 'driving traffic in'

correction: it's a win if we have merchandise; if we don't, how many times do you think the same customer is going to come back to see if we finally got in what they're looking for? and then you lose them for good

not an issue with the sidewalk sale, an issue that the items we have to put out are either out of stock or limited, and NONE are on order for after the sale

have you seen sales? anything that drives traffic into stores is a win. just do your job and set the ad.
