It has come to the attention that company has given raises to those who earn under 60k. Major adjustments for some. Nothing to the employees over that amount. So if are are 15 year employee making over that threshold, even a dollar, you get nothing.
And you can't ask about it because the company told those involved not to say anything.
why the secrets? Treat everyone the same, give a little bit to all. the company is creating an atmosphere deception and animosity.

Yes, this is 100% true. Some employees were given 5k to 15k on their base. But the company wanted only those involved to know.
Keep it quiet. Don’t get the other upset.
