I’ve been with this company for 5 years and it really feels like things are coming to a stand still with employees. This new review process has really gotten under my skin and for the past 2 months I’ve only been allowed 35-37 hours a week as a full time department lead. Now going into the summer every lead I’ve spoken to has been dropped to 32 with others being asked if they would like to volunteer more hours. Is everyone like this? This seems outlandish compared to when I started. Laughable that Johnny Morris brags about winning that Newsweek award/best aquarium during hour cuts and yearly raisers being shredded to ribbons. Someone please tell him we are drowning.

Company is cutting back because they are peparing for a recession and/or are doing poorly in sales.
