Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Is Monish the biggest failure in the history of CFOs at 3M?

So he has over $20B in value destroyed since he has been here and is paid almost $8M a year? It is strange that Roman would tie his fortune to this loser. No ideas on growth or creating something, only cost cutting and "breaking glass". How did that work at GE Monish? Barely dodged bankruptcy. Seems they ran you out of there, why not leave with some dignity. Loser.

All of them are rascals, why singles one person out.

For those of us not in Monish's organization, what is his problem with women? I'm not trying to defend him, just haven't heard any stories through my sources.

I reported this problem to compliance. Nothing happened and I left. I feel sorry for the women still there.

I used to work at 3M and complained through the compliance line about this issue as a woman in his organization. I gave up.

Odd that Roman professes this whole agenda of inclusion yet supports a CFO that is openly hostile to women

The more interesting question is why Roman completely cedes control to him. He could do better. Alot better. He’s losing any remaining followers with that continued choice.
