Any word on the date People Leads go salary?

Some of the stores in Omaha NE have salaried People Leads. They have been on pilot now for about the last 9 months. 5361, 3267 3151. Give them a call
People leads will be salary and exempt from overtime.they WILL be a manager
If you're a Lead you are still considered non-exempt and eligible for overtime even if you are on salary. A Lead is not a Manager.
