FGS used to be such a great group, but over the past few years there have been some bad management decisions and promotions and the culture is now very political and toxic. Many good people have bailed due to these issues and it looks like more are already looking for other opportunities.
Really disappointed in this the senior management team, I know of an employee who just hit a major double digit work anniversary and they didn't receive a plaque or even a thank you from their boss, just radio silence...and a few months later that boss gets promoted. I hope that FGS can get back on track, but its going to take some major restructuring.
