Thread regarding Pembina Pipeline Corp layoffs

Miserable place to work

Someone mentioned that the Indeed rating for employee happiness at Pembina is 48%.
Why do I think that percentage is even lower? I really don't know anyone who is happy here.

If you are unhappy, start looking for work, mail it in, act sheepish in meetings with management/HR (performance improvement plan), and if you have not found alternative employment, take the severance, laugh, and enjoy your summer with EI. Lots of work out there these days. Game the system against the company. Or take a STD/LTD leave.

Those that are unhappy can find the door.

I suspect that % will be bumped up on Indeed by Pembina themselves. After the 2020 layoffs there were a number of honest reviews left on Indeed and Glassdoor from former staff and then almost immediately there were counter reviews submitted that painted Pembina in an extremely favorable manner. It was obvious (in my opinion) that the positive reviews all came from current Pembina staff and some former staff who were still close with people here.

You are right though, that rating has to be lower. 35%? What a trainwreck of a company.
