Exactly - how much is being spent to bring in Oprah, in this economy? How out of touch has the leadership gotten?

A few years back, Jerry Seinfeld came to Cisco to deliver some jokes, I heard he was paid a cool $4 million bucks for 3 hours of work. LRs still happened a month later. That money could saved 30 folks from being LR'ed.
