Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

Delisted

Huge stock drop again. Soon we will be delisted, more layoffs, more closures, more hours cut. But MT just wants the band to keep playing as the water rushes in. Don’t go down with the ship!

A stock has to fall below $1 before NASDAQ will consider delisting it.

Not to comment on current situations, but a stock has to fall under $1 before it is delisted.

What a stupid comment to make. "All retail was down" is a stretch, but some was. Also, don't you think there is a difference with the likes of Walmart or Target being down a bit than a company like BBB? They can afford to be down, especially since in all likelihood they will go back up. Try harder.

Given that we are in the beginning of a recession/depression a buyout would be awesome!! I welcome which ever mo--n is willing to step in and “bring us back”.

We are JC Penney 2.0. We can keep a limited company afloat…but If do NOTHING or keep following this pathetic path, we will be deader than Sears in 3 yards 😰

This is great news. If we go back to being a private company we won’t have the pressure of wall st. And we will get our hours back in the stores.
