it is so toxic , working with no future plan to be promoted, try to be visible but nepotism lives on in strength, more than likely every Mother Mining office. Just hoping to get out asap,

In my time, a lot of folks used to use this strategy to get promoted: claim that you are better than the company and that a tech giant is burning to hire you and you’ll get your promotion.
