Yeah but the food is still trash. They reuse yesterday's leftovers on today's pizza (pay attention to the menu and you will see it!)
You are right. I think once trust is broken your relationship with the company is never the same.
GF is extremely abusive and industry wide known for being a toxic work environment. They are also dead last for salary compensation when compared to other places.
And GF knows this and doesn’t care. They know they are last resort for employment. They have all the leverage -because if you come to work for GF you are desperate. They have you by the ba--s and they know it. Therefore they can be abusive and toxic and they know you will and have too take it.
@ axma things that you don’t know, some managers threaten people layoff and PIP if you use the benefits that company offered for extra 15 days off when the COVID begins in 2020. If is so funny that you don’t want your employees take the benefits and you still offer that.
I think if you all.got a 100% raise you would still not be happy. It is not your fault. GF is like an abusive relationship for those who could not leave so at this point there's nothing GF can do to make up for it
I think the Parking lot being so empty is from so many quitting and them not being able to keep up with hiring
Even during the height of COVID PB wanted the managers to come in. Entire dept working from home but the managers had to come in as directed by PB. Freaking pathetic. Worst GM so far.
PS: the 50% cafe is what other.companies have been doing since day 1. Don't miss Samsung local recruiting starting Wednesday.

Who at GF is working from home? Their policy doesn’t allow many under pb to work from home at all
Seems more like they want to drum up business for the cafe. Guessing the numbers don't make sense for the company that runs it with so many people still working from home. So GF will subsidize meals. Contract renewal is probably coming up.
Is this a “incentive” to reduce attrition? Ppl are going to stay for 50% off meals ?
I heard rumors they will also be opening a few soup kitchen and breadline in lieu of paying an actual living wage..
It’s a shame really.. They must not realize there are semiconductor company headhunters crawling all over the place.. many companies actively recruiting and throwing money around. GF will do anything other than what they need to do..
