They keep throwing more money into our store’s reno to make it look better.
Why ? That is not bringing the customers back into the stores. We sell cr-p now. The customers want the merchandise that you could only get at BBB. Someone needs to shake up the higher ups and make merchandise changes not making the empty store look pretty.

I worked at the Reno store before. Lots of me-h heads in Reno always trying to return stuff for money for a fix!
