Is anybody hearing anything about Emersons reputation outside? I am trying to get out but heard a few comments that made me think that some possible employers won’t look at anyone from here

Still pretty positive in the rest of the industrial world. Emerson is a market leader in most places it competes - despite whatever goes on internally.
People who know Emerson well think they are just patching 20 year old code.
It depends what business you are working in and your role, but Emerson is still viewed as favourably
