Will be soon. Monish is pushing all businesses to make up for imaginary gaps he created with accounting moves. He is cooking the books just like at GE to try to make himself look good. Should be in jail but will be promoted then magically reverse everything to look like a success.

Surely will happen at some point. Just a matter of time.

Why people are so complacent that layoffs won't happen because of high attrition among younger folks is wishful and naive thinking.

Experienced folks with many years of job ex are a high cost item for the company and therefore " preferred" items for canning when time is oppurtunate.

Probably will happen after Q2 results are out.

I think the layoffs this time will be mostly self-selected, attrition is running high and there is a hiring freeze in much of the company. One doesn't need to be a genius to do that math.
