I'm going to enjoy doing my job half-assedly for as long as I can. I've stopped giving a damn a while ago and now I only give as much as I get. With our pay and melting benefits, even my half-assed efforts might be too generous. When they decide to pay me to leave, I'll be happy to accept.

No, not a mouron ;)
Hard to find a job when you are older.
Morooon. You really don't understand how this process works.
Just find another job and be happy.
I left without the severance. Not worth the cr-p I had to put up with.
Yeah, that was my exit strategy, too. It worked to perfection, as I was one of the 580 let go at end of April. I was in one of the hot areas, too, so it was just a cull of 4th percentile GSR or LL6's who had not made the next move up the ladder.
Have not found anything yet...but not really looking too hard yet, either. I have 6 figures set aside in F U money, so I'm not in a hurry. If you have an emergency fund set up (and if you don't , why not?) you have options and choices in the current job market. No need to panic, hence no need to leave before they pay you to leave.
Original poster well it is a ditto for me.
The thread comparing Elon to Jim was way too true for Ford HR to allow it. LOL Again, the only radical candor they can't handle is the radical candor directed back at them.
Yea. No real reason to give 100% anymore when the company doesn't care and remind you...we are going to sell services.
@OP. That's exactly what I've been saying.
BTW, what happened to the previous thread comparing Elon Musk and Jim Farley? Got deleted like so many comments? What a joke is this website.
