It's fine - they are only hiring gender studies/climate change and racial (All white ppl are racist) grads. Your years of experience, management skills and hard work trying to promote can't compare to the utopia Walmart will usher in with these utter fools who are being brought in at a higher pay then you started out with as a TL/Coach and have a course set for them for 200k.

Store manager salary $115k and above with potential to make another $100k +

What Walmart is not telling you is that they are bringing in all the Gen students right out of college to man the stores. With zero retail experience.

If you think Walmart was or is sinking now with the waltons loosing billions - your stock plummeting - When’s the last time you checked your 401k ?

This is just the beginning

If grammar is a requirement for a store manager position , then this entire Walmart forum is not qualified.

I wouldn't want to be a lead or manager. It's not worth a heart attack or worrying about if you'll have a job next week

This post totally speaks for itself, there’s no need to even speak to it:

“ Store managers are lazy an stupid. To many me too hires. “

Walmart store managers earn every penny of it, too. Don’t think so? Just go ask a store manager how many hours they work a week. And, they have to put up with more BS than just about any other position in the company. Here’s the truth about that article: being a store manager is a thankless job, even at a high salary. Many who try, step down once they get a real taste of the job. That’s why there’s a shortage of store managers. In any other company, that job would be equal to a senior director level.
