You shouldn't worry about layoffs, at least for a while. Too many people are leaving the company so there's no need to have any extra cuts. Maybe if there's another recession sometime soon we'll be hit with more layoffs, but other than that, we can consider ourselves safe.

It’s true. People are leaving, good people, I see it every week.
It’s simple math - increase salaries and bonuses and the problem goes away. It costs way more to hire than giving a modest pay raise.
