MC are the only ones that matter or stand to gain from any sale. Everyone else is delusional if they think they matter or will get any material trickle down exit severance.
I would take any level of severance to get my mental health back

I agree though, this horse needs to be put out of its misery, but most of the company will just get laid off with a very small severance package. The days of great packages are over at pioneer. Now, it’s just buckets of work and bs raining down from above.
