What makes a store manager worth $120,000 and an STM only worth $47,000?
Someone (I suspect Don Hendricks) made the comment last week that you can't 'See' store managers working, but the job is 24/7 mentally exausting. whatever the he-l that means.
So, what do they do then? please explain this to us. We want to know.
Cut hours to geta $20,000 lump sum bonus?
Conceal the actual number of hours the store has?
Purposefully understaff store to get bonus?
Hire relatives and friends while cutting hours of other workers?
Hire only people that act, look, and behave the same as them?
Assign floor moves? but not actually help complete the floor move?
Walk around and complain how merchandise is folded incorrectly?
Complain about credit, BOPUS, Customer Service, and email?
Schedule themselves a 7am-5pm shift, but actually work an 8-3 shift?
Take 8 weeks vacation a year while declining store associates and STM's time off?
