Salary talk no longer taboo

Does the company realize employees openly share their salary, annual increases and AVIP with co-workers and that it is no longer taboo? In fact, it is more of an exchange to show how pathetically under paid they are. Met does not even pay market rate. If they can keep employees financially oppressed and keep them in the dark they are good.

Yes, but you’ll never get paid $90k you will only go up the pay scale yearly by 1%. The only way to get paid market rate is to leave.
