In The Last couple of months I have noticed the shift in the behavior of my manager towards me. Before that we had an ok relationship, but now he is overloading me with tasks and with amounts of work that I didn’t have before. Now he also has remarks about anything that I do.
I always did work the same way and always gave my 100%. It’s almost like someone instructed him to shift his behavior in order to drive me out. Ist that the writing on the wall for me.? Should I leave the company right now or should I wait it out in hope that this will pass?

Definitely secure legal representation. Explain to them that your manager is assigning tasks and checking up on the status of those tasks and providing you feedback. Most definitely a class action lawsuit here as I believe managers are being directed to do just that by the company. We must unite, take a firm stance, and ensure they are made aware we will have none of that!!!!!!!!!
or, maybe you sucked before but your manager was giving you time to learn, and now it's been long enough you should be able to do what's asked
