I mean the serious stress which a lot of employees here are exposed to every day.
I believe that if some statistics were made on how many PepsiCo employees suffered from serious stress-related illnesses, the data would be very worrying. I wish I was wrong.
Unfortunately, I decided to leave this company only when I realized I was getting thyroid problems. I should have left earlier.

I wouldn't keep measure of stress, health failures or abuses. PepsiCo will force you to sign a full and absolute release of them for any human rights or labor violations before they give you a dime of severance. Yes its illegal but unless your wealthy enough to match their legal endurance, give up. This company has no values other than an image they want consumers to believe so they sell product.
Not only has this oversized house of horrors ruined the health of millions around the globe with their own unhealthy (but quite profitable) junk food, they have pushed so much work on me I haven’t been able to take a day off in a year. I now suffer from severe anxiety and chronic pain. Meantime the boys in NY are living the good life laughing all the way to the bank.🤮
Iodized salt on foods can support healthy thyroid
They don't care about anyone's stress, health or well being. Just make me & my numbers look good as they utter "no matter what it costs" under their breath. People in the tower calling the shots & setting metric/productivity goals have never probably set foot in a warehouse or lifted a case of 20oz. Or doing the job of 3 people, so there's no stress as far as they can see.
