I often wonder how this ship even manages to stay afloat. Has anybody ever worked for a company that was more disorganized? I know I didn't. Honestly, I'm always shocked that we're not doing much worse than we are. I don't plan to wait and see if things really do turn as bad as one would expect.

USC employees who are suing their University over their 403b plan, just today got court permission to subpoena the records of TIAA related to the SEC investigation that resulted in a $97 million TIAA settlement. Couple that information with the fact that Thasunda Duckett Brown paid a personal visit to the executives of the USC HR department and Retirement plan committee on March 21, 2022. I tend to doubt the proximity of these two events was a coincidence. It will be interesting if the USC employees actually get ahold of those records and what, if any, rules apply to what they can do with it. That's what I think happened this week. Maybe that or something in the Preston Hollow v. Nuveen trial scheduled for July.
Did something happen this week? Another corporate meeting? What?
