High quality people are stymied in this work environment.

Tickets, tickets, tickets. Fake "agile".

No sense hiring high quality when their time will just be pi---d away by internal blocks.

Metlife is a stale old dying company with stale old leadership. They won't change their ways and the company will continue to struggle with retaining even mediocre talent let alone high quality people.
